Jack is a graduate of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America National College of Advocacy at the Harvard Law School and served on the Executive Committee of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Young Lawyers' Division.
In 1977, Jack was one of the founders of the firm. During his years of private practice, Jack has developed his clientele in the areas of corporate, commercial real estate, business transactions, construction, surety and employment law. He is a member of the Lincoln Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is a member of the Construction Law and Corporate Sections of the American Bar Association.
