Nichole is a Nebraska native, having grown up in parts of Western, Northeastern and Southeastern Nebraska. After spending a year in Israel, Nichole returned to Chicago in 1996 in order to receive her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Ministries from Moody Bible Institute.

In 2000, Nichole and her husband returned to Lincoln where Nichole went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law in December, 2002. Her practice is primarily in corporate law, employment law, railroad law and commercial litigation. Nichole is currently a member of the Lincoln, Nebraska State and American Bar Associations and the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Nebraska.

Nichole is active in her church and other charitable organizations. She enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and children.
